Everything can change in a Flash!!!
So says the tagline for this universe changing miniseries from DC comics written by Geoff Johns with art by Andy Kubert. And believe me….everything does change.
To be honest I was really looking forward to a killer series and I can safely say I was not let down. I decided to wait till I had all the issues in hand before I read this story from start to finish, that way I wouldn’t lose interest half way thru like I tend to do sometimes. This series had me from the start of issue one all the way to the final panel of issue five.
What’s’ great about this story is the twists and turns that happen throughout the issues. Be warned the following contains spoilers:
The fact that Cyborg is Americas greatest Hero; That Batman is in fact not Bruce Wayne but His Father Thomas Wayne because Bruce was the one who died that night; That Superman is some alien kept in a military instillation; The War between The Amazons & The Atlanteans and the Humans……
IT ALL WORKED!!!!
Also the final issue explains the newly rebooted DC universe as well.
Overall this was a great series and is worth the read. My next move is to collect all the tie in issues in order to follow thru with the side stories alluded to in the miniseries.
