Has The Man From U.N.C.L.E. found a replacement director?

It looks like they have in the form of Guy Ritchie.

The Snatch, Rock-n-rolla and Sherlock Holmes director (not to mention former husband of Madonna) looks to be Warner Brothers choice to take over directing duties on the film based on the 1960’s spay drama. More after the fold...
Ritchie is taking over directing duties on this project after Steven Soderbergh departed earlier in the year over budget and casting issues.
For those who are not familiar with The Man From UNCLE, it was a spy show (but done in the campy style) from the 1960’s about the United Network Command for Law Enforcement battling the evil forces of T.H.R.U.S.H. and stared Robert Vaughn as Napoleon Solo and David McCallum as Illya Kuryakin.
As for who will play the leads, no casting has been made but at one point both George Clooney and Bradley Cooper were attached to the project.
